Our Stories 

The Brown Deer Parks & Recreation Department held a 5K / 10K Fall Into Fun Run at Village Park on Saturday, October 18th.  The last Deer Run race was held in 2019.  Fortunately, the rain held off for the race. The Brown Deer Junior Woman's Club and its members were very involved in this inaugural event!  

The Club was a race sponsor and had a booth at the event.  Member Rosa Gomez was a race organizer.  Pat Lehman took third place in her age group for female walkers.  Several of our members were volunteers at the race and others participated in the race ... or we did both!
