Congratulations to Carolyn Mitchell of GFWC Brown Deer Junior Woman’s Club!  Carolyn has been awarded the 2019 Junior of the Year Award from the GFWC-Wisconsin Juniors state organization.  This is a well-deserved honor for Carolyn for her involvement in many activities on the local community and district levels of Wisconsin’s woman’s clubs.
